Defining and Tracking Requirements
Cybernetica leverages our experience with complex technical transformation projects to ensure that such engagements with our clients are a success. We can operate to our own solution lifecycle methodology or can dovetail into a client’s preferred approach. Defining functional, non-functional and security requirements are the first step in the journey to realising a successful project engagement. Adherence to defined requirements is tracked through the life of a project through Requirements Traceability Matrices.
Where new technologies are part of an overall solution, we offer product selection consultancy to ensure that technical requirements are met, alignment with existing operating models is adhered to, good value commercial deals are realised and service models with new suppliers are effective. Proof of concept, proof of value, pathfinder and pilots can be managed to support product selection.
Design and Delivery
Cybernetica develops high-level designs with supporting bills of materials, followed by detailed low-level designs for implementation. All designs are subject to the client’s governance processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
Testing services verify that all functional, non-functional, and security requirements are met. If required, IT Health Check (ITHC) services are managed, encompassing scope definition, testing enablement, assessment of findings, and remediation activities.
Handover and Ongoing Support
Cybernetica integrates new technologies with clients’ operational and security monitoring systems. Full knowledge transfer ensures operational teams are ready before go-live. Extended support is available until the client’s teams are confident in managing the new technologies. Business-as-usual assurance services help review ongoing operations, vendor support agreements, and system configurations.
